Developed over a ten year period, MVS edi processing software is fully integrated with the tbs and tms systems. The software will also 'stand alone' as a dedicated web application.
The ANSI X12 documents that are typically employed are the 204, 990, 214, and 210. Functional acknowledgements, 997, are also available. The systems allow a broker/enterprise to receive 204's from customers and process 214 and 210 as a 'carrier'. Brokers/enterprise can also send 204's to carriers and receive 214's and 210's.
This dual role for the EDI software permits a brokerage to act as either a customer or a carrier, automating the core load execution functions. Web-based software for 'track and trace', inquiries, monitoring, and live interaction are part of the system.
Our systems will communicate directly with the trading partners or via third party VAN's. We maintain live ftp servers for our clients part of the transaction processing. All trading partners can use our services to minimize costs.
