• The transportation brokerage system subscription service price is based upon the number of users. The first user is $200.00 per month.
• Each additional user is a declining per user charge that bottoms at $50 per user.
• You control the number of users setup to login to the system using administration tools provided in the application software.
• Faxing service is charged on a declining unit cost basis that begins at $.08 per minute. Each edi trading partner is priced at $50.00 per month.
• In this 'hosted' arrangement, we provide all of the hardware, operating system, and application software. The servers are sited in a secure data center accessible via the internet.
• All systems sit behind a firewall and all of your data is backed up daily.
• We provide your 'disaster recovery' compliance requirements. This arrangement will get you out of the IT business and keep you in your core business-transportation brokerage services.
• Using our services only requires that you provide PC's for your users with an internet browser and, preferably, a high speed internet connection (cable or dsl).
• If you decide to stop using our services, we provide all of your data in a convenient format.
