The tbs contains a complete internal accounting system. The modules include accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. Initialization and configuration features are also included.Accounts receivable features include invoicing, cash receipts (payments on account), sales adjustments, a/r adjustments, collection activities, and reporting .
Account payable software includes a/p invoice entry, checks, vendor maintenance (coordinated with carrier maintenance), and reports.
The general ledger module includes company setup and management, chart of accounts, financial statements, general journal entry, and financial reporting functions.
