Users may manually enter loads and conduct dispatch execution in this part of the tbs. Automated download and edi processing may also be used to enter loads and update check call information. Existing loads may be duplicated to reduce user keystrokes and eliminate errors.In this set of menus and functions, the same load number is used to invoice customers and to track a/p invoices. Billing access from loads management makes it easy to create and print invoices. Accounts receivable information is created after invoicing.

Numerous carrier history features provide methods for brokers to find carriers from within the tbs system. The load/dispatch system is integrated with most popular third-party load listing services.
